Share the communal areas but you have your own (11 X 11) bedroom, large bathroom, parking spot if you need it and it's a few blocks off the bus line, walking access to stores and an awesome Chinese rest.
Forest like setting, the back patio looks out into the woods and you don't see your neighbors unless you wanna. :) Incredible walking area!
If you're a techie then the internet here is to drool over.
I am a very laid back liberal 30ish female that lives with two dogs.
