Have a basement room with side entrance available now. Asking $120 a week for rent, $400 deposit/cleaning fee. Total move-in cost is $520. Takes care of 1st weeks rent and deposit/cleaning fee.. Utilities are included with the weekly rent rate.
We have washer and dryer, wireless internet, cable, movies and surround sound in living room.
We cannot have cats or dogs but all aquarium animals are welcome.
