I have available in my very large home 3 blocks north of Alberta 2 rooms on the main level. I live upstairs, we'd share the common area which is the kitchen, dining room, living room, basement. You would have your own private bathroom with clawfoot tub, hardwood floors throughout, tons of light, huge dry basement with lots of storage, fenced lanscaped yard with plenty of room for gardening. You would be queer friendly, responsible, mentally stable, financially stable and able to pay rent and utilities on time. Vegetarian/Vegan prefered. I love to cook, and have dinner parties, good drinks, and games with friends. I'm a very likeable person, outgoing, very respectful professional queer female. Ideally I'd like to rent to one person, and or a couple which the rent would be $1050.00 for a couple to help out with extra utilities.
