Room For Rent NOW in HUGE Milwaukie Home, $550
Seeking male or female roommate for large 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 3800 square foot home in Milwaukie. This house is a half a block from the #32 busline, near Putnam High School. About fifteen minutes from downtown Portland. Available bedroom is upstairs, has a large closet, and bathroom would be shared with one of the two males in the house.
House currently has two males (age 46 and 33) and one female (age 31). Our occupations are CPA/Teacher, Sales Rep, and a Child Welfare Case Worker. We get along very well and have lived together for over a year now. We are all pretty active and there are times when you hardly know anyone else is in the house because it's so big. We do have dinners and host UFC fights, basketball games, etc at our house every now and then. We like to workout and the two males in the house are training for a 1/2 marathon. We allow significant others over (within reason...i.e...don't move them in too), and we have a projector screen for movies, big fenced in backyard with a BBQ, room for more furniture if you come with any, storage under the house for extra stuff. Rent is $550 a month plus 1/4 of the utilities (this includes cable and internet).
Home is less than four years old, AC, dishwasher, awesome kitchen, very energy efficient.
We have three well behaved and well taken care of dogs who are loved by their respectful owners. We probably can't take anymore pets at this time.
