Hey guys. So I am looking for a roommate here someone safe, stable and sane! Lol. So my home is on the max line on the 148th and Burnside stop. You’re pretty close but not right on the tracks. We are a stop away from Safeway, target and all that stuff. There’s a 7-11 close and a porn shop hehe. The apartment complex is pretty nice not ritzy but it’s not riddled with crime like most places. I don’t drive so there is 1 reserved parking that you can use and we have a little storage area too.
This is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath place. The kitchen is small the living room is ok size. There is a guest restroom in the entry way. Washer/Dryer in unit and good amount of storage. There is a master bedroom and a smaller room. The smaller room is the one I’m looking to rent out. There’s cable internet and a DVD player in the living room. So 480.00 a month is the rent and utils split in half. Seems fair to me but let me know if you have something else in mind.
I am clean, friendly and gay. Please be similar. I don’t expect to fool around with you or anything kinky like that I just want someone I can relate with. I would like to keep the rent thing strictly bizness but would love to have a roommate that is my friend. I don’t party but when I do I go out so you will have a quiet home.
