*29 year old female seeking male or female housemate (must be non-smoker) to share brand new Tigard townhouse (1600 sq ft). Prefer somone who is very clean and neat, quiet and respectful, non-drinker or social drinker, and no drugs! Housemate must also be dog-friendly. I do not currently have any pets, but may one day get a small puppy.
*Room with private bath $600/month (includes all utilities, broadband internet, and professional housekeeping). Room is approx. 12x12 with double door closet with built-ins, vaulted ceiling, cable and internet ready. Room does come furnished with chair and full size bed. However, if you'd like to use your own bedroom furniture the existing furniture can be removed. Shared living spaces include: upstairs laundry room with top of the line front-load washer/dryer, kitchen, living room, small backyard with patio and bbq. Credit/background check required and $300 refundable security deposit required upon move in.
