House Share - Nice Place! (Oregon City) $450

I'm looking for a roommate to share my 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom town house in Oregon City. You will have your own bedroom (possible use of a 2nd bedroom), and bathroom and full use of the house, which was built brand new just over a year ago. It has a nice open floor plan, stainless appliances, laundry room, a small backyard with a covered patio and room for storage in the garage. Great location also - you can walk to Clackamas Community College, Haggen grocery store and restaurants. Perfect for a Clackamas Community College student or Professional.

I'm a 39 year old female with a career in real estate and wine sales. I have 2 very sweet and well mannered dogs that stay usually 3 days a week. Sorry, but no other pets, live-in children, drugs or smoking. I do enjoy wine and the occassional cocktail though! I'm looking for someone that is courteous, respectful and dependable. Short term is okay although I prefer at a least a 3 month commitment. Ready for immediate move-in!

Rent is $450-500/month (depending on use of 2nd bedroom) plus half of the utilities. I will also require a $150 refundable deposit. If interested, please respond to this ad. Thank you!
