Room available in 3 bedroom house in NE. We are located a few blocks from alberta and several bus routes.
The area for rent is in a fully finished basement. It consists of a separate doorway, full bath, bedroom, and two spare rooms. We share the washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with a working fire place. Also there is a large back porch and yard.
The rent is $500 for a single, with internet, pge, and water split equally.We will consider a couple.
We are a guy and a girl in our early 30's. We are tidy, considerate, and respectful.
There is a dog living here part time and would consider another. Unfortunately though no cats.
