I am interested in renting to a 25+ female (my 23 yr old daughter rents a room). I own the 2-story townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and a large family room with TV and DVD. You’ll have access to a large kitchen with glass top stove, dishwasher, microwave and pantry. There is a spacious fenced-in backyard with patio for gardening, and easy street parking in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The house is close to shopping centers, The Noble Woods for walking and a neighborhood park.

This will be a month to month rental with utilities (laundry area equipped with washing and drying machine) and weekly garbage and recycling services included for $475. Your room is a clean 10’x 11’ room, carpeted with window. The full upstairs bath would be shared with my daughter. Please, no pets (we have two cats who are sweet but also enjoy their space) and no overnight guests, with first and last month rent.
