I am looking for a new roommate to share my 2 bedroom apartment with in Tigard. I currently work on-site as the assistant manager, but I want to go back to school. When I do, I need a roommate willing to move with me since I can’t stay on-site if I don’t work here. We would move somewhere in the same general area. I want a roommate that also wants to develop a friendship, I don’t like living with people that say the occasional “hello” only when you see them. I am a 26 year old female looking for a female roommate (guys will be considered if we get along) around the same age. When I actually have free time, I love to go out for dinner and drink with friends and I use to love going out on the town (I still would love to go out, but all my friends are married with kids and don’t go out anymore so if you do, that would be awesome)!
The current apartment I am in has 2 bedrooms, yours is a pretty normal sized room, with one bathroom that we would share. I have cable television with Tvo, cause I always miss my shows. I do not have inernet or wifi at the moment because I don’t have a computer yet; if you do I am more than willing to get it! I do have a cat, Roxy, that is kind of a spoiled brat so someone who LOVES cats is a must! She is indoors only and I am super paranoid about her getting out so you must be aware of where she is when you are coming and going cause she is quite the escape artist and waits by the door for her big break :o)
The rent will be $400 per month which includes utilities. If you want to get internet access you would be in charge of that bill unless I have my computer at that time, than we would spit that bill.
