Located on NE 12th and Church- just a few blocks from Alberta and multiple bus lines.

A bungalow with a breakfast nook, large kitchen, one full bathroom, a middle-of-the-house common space that's great for arts, crafts, playing twister, a mud room with a bit of storage space (great for bikes) and a washer and dryer. There is a front room which I will be occupying. I work as a chef and will be pulling 10-12 hour shifts 5 days a week so am out of the house most afternoons and nights. The backyard has an open-air carport and fire pit with amazing potential for a garden, which I plan on starting soon.

I am a 27 year old NYC transplant.

I don't have a car.

I ride my bike everywhere.  

I do yoga twice a week.  

I buy my grains in bulk and make my own bread.

I do my best to produce as little waste as possible.

I have a three and a half year old tuxedo cat named Russo (indoor/outdoor).

I plan to cultivate the backyard into a garden.

I am drama free, active, happy.

I am queer and trans.

I ask that we all do our part in cleaning up after ourselves in the common spaces.  I like to be in a clean and tidy home.  I have no qualms cleaning the sinks, stove, toilet and bathtub as well as sweeping the floors, taking out the garbage and putting the trash and recycling on the curb.  You should be willing to do these things, too.
