Chill Gal Seeks Roommate Early March (inner SE) $375

Hi, I'm 27, student+ nanny. I need a roommate for early-mid March.



I live in a townhouse, so the bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, the living room and kitchen are downstairs. Each of the bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead to small balconies. Their is no yard, but there is a small deck in the back. The apartment has dishwasher and will probably have washer/dryer in April. There is onsite laundry, parking, outdoor pool, and the complex is gated. The neighbors are quiet, for the most part.



I live near 39th and Powell. There are two major buslines nearby, the 9 and 75. It is also close to Safeway and Trader Joes. Quick bide ride to Hawthorne or Woodstock.



Rent is $375. Utilities in the winter have been about $100 ($50 each). There is a $25 application fee, but no other move in costs.



As for my self, I'm socialable, hard working, clean and overall happy. I'm looking for someone the same in these regards. Must also be responsible, respectful, and all the other usual things.
