I have 2 bedrooms in the upstairs of my house that I would like to rent to a quiet and clean student or professional. You must love animals and be respectful and considerate. Utilities are an additional $65.00 per month flat fee, and can include wireless internet. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. One tenant only. No cats, dogs may be considered after an introduction with my dog.
First and last months rent, no cleaning deposit, $20.00 application fee. Month-to-month terms.
